EVO CNC Hopup Unit

The hopup unit was designed from scratch with engineers in ASG HQ, resulting in a incredibly solid product. The chamber was designed to offer incredible adjustment resolution and compatibility with aftermarket nubs and buckings. This is not just an upgrade for the EVO - it is one of the best aftermarket hopup chambers period.

In 2018, i was in charge of overhauling the training material for customer training. The result was a clearly defined training catalogue with a high degree of modularity - offering effective training courses for both beginners and advanced participants. This included photo guides, certification, theory presentation, hands on practise, direct scheduling and stewardship of customers.

SSR-15 AEG QC and Design
Prior to the release of the now known Novritsch SSR-15 rifle, i was tasked with this project.
-Creation of internal AEG QC processes.
-Sourcing, testing and roll-out of ETU units, including standardised OEM firmware.
-QC of product in the factory.
-Sourcing and “design” of the accessory package, to present the gun with a modern look and relevant capabilities for a modern airsofter.
-Technical training of support staff.
-Disassembly video guides for end users.

During my time in Asia with Novritsch Trading, i worked on the hopup design with the manufacturer engineers and did on-site production inspection and QC.

MLOK and Scoutlight design
At Novritsch Trading, i realised that there was a limited availability of budget MLOK and scoutlight options. I initiated, designed and sourced multiple MLOK based mounts for NATO rail, Surefire Scoutlight and QD point.
This included learning in depth knowledge about these mounting systems and making it a company standard - so mounts work across multiple rifles and have compatibility with the real mounting standards.

Novritsch SSR-4 AEG
With Novritsch Trading, i designed and sourced this AEG M4.

Externals and internals were designed to my spec. We designed the handguard, MLOK standard, sling points and other parts.
The internals was my idea as well. All the parts are upgraded for reliability and trigger ergonomics, as an actualy airsoft player would like it. A 11.1V capable high efficiency AEG for multiple markets and entry level players. This is the best all around budget M4 on the market by far.
Novritsch SSR-90
Working with Novritsch trading, i partially designed and ran this SSR90 project.
MLOK Upper
Spearheading the design of new MLOK upper receiver and MLOK heatshield/mount plate.
I believe this is a significant step forward for P90 style platforms. It allows a direct mounting of accessories. The heatshield with MLOK allows inline mounting of lights, PEQ/DBAL, pressure pads or gameplay camera. This makes the SSR90 super slim and avoids obscuring vision.
Internals design.
I designed the SSR90 to have a modern high end internals selection, featuring 13:1 ratio high speed gears, NEO HT motor and ETU to make it amazingly efficient in CQB and improve the trigger ergonomics on semi auto.
Additionally, the parts are upgraded with AOE adjusted absorber head, alu CNC piston head, full steelrack piston and more.
This is a bomb proof AEG design, the way an experienced player would like it.
Sourcing
Novritsch Trading worked intensively with a manufacturer to manufacture my designs for the SSR90. This ensures good price feasability on the project, and at thesame price, the featureset in the SSR90 far outperforms competing products.
